1852 Nian Shensheng Tongmeng duiFZhanzheng de KenengXing ylZhanwang《1852年神圣同盟对法战争的可能艇与展望》(condi，ions and pro护ectsofWa;of the HOly Alliancea君ainst Francei]8犯)恩格斯论述军队及其作战方法卜社会生产、政治制度关系问题的军事篡作。用德文写于1851年4月，原是一篇月备同马克思交换意见的手稿。发表于1引年12月4、11日德国《新时代》第9、货10期。中译文约2.3万字，全文收人《马岁思恩格斯全集》中文第1版第7卷和《马男思恩格斯军事文集》第1卷。 1851年春，法国出现了较好的革命月势。恩格斯设想，如果法兰西共和国的革着运动进一步高涨，必然会引起欧洲各君」国结成反革命同盟进行干预，有必要从闰事角度探讨法国无产阶级及其政党能否宅未来的军事冲突中获胜。在这一背景下，‘佗格斯结合对近代欧洲军事历史的考察，书写了该文。全文共5个部分，着重阐述了眨下重要思想:①作战方法的每次改进，都甭以生产力的发展和由革命带来的社会关死的变迁为前提的。正像增长了的生产力青拿破仑作战方法产生的前提一样，新的目产力也必定是作战方法上每次新的改进白前提;此外，现代的作战方法还是法国革者的必然产物，“它的前提是资产阶级和小招的社会和政治的解放”。②现代作战体系另展的主要趋势是军队数量的增长和运动胆的增强。现代作战体系的两个枢纽是:少员、马匹和大炮这些进攻工具的大量使月和这些进攻工具的运动性。作为现代文马军队的特征，众多性和运动性的获得有柬于人口总数的增长和平均劳动生产率的教高。此外，军队的运动性还同一定的文化刁平相联系，同现代技术手段的利用分刁开。③革命创造了新的作战方法，无产胃级的解放在军事上同样也将有它自己的录现，并将创造出自己特殊的、新的作战戈法。未来的革命军队，在众多性和战略司术的运动性方面，将具有空前惊人的夕量。④在军事学术上不能利用旧的手段是达到新的结果。只有创造新的、更有威力白手段，才能达到新的、更伟大的结果。在涅史上因采用新作战方法而开辟了新纪元合伟大将领，不是新的物质手段的发明者，仓是正确运用新出现的物质手段的第一人。
