方法76例成人鞘膜积液病例,随机分为两组研究组38例,采用经肉膜下间隙行睾丸鞘膜切除术;对照组38例,采用传统的睾丸鞘膜翻转术。

双侧性睾丸肿瘤
病名。指双侧睾丸同时或 先后发生肿瘤者。罕见。其组织类型可相同、亦可不同。相继发生之间隔时间 多在1～3年间。睾丸下降不全为其重要因素。一侧睾丸肿瘤病史，另一侧睾丸肿大应首先考虑之。B超、C T、淋巴造影、胸片、同位素等有助于诊断。治疗：包括化学治疗、放射治疗或根治性手术 及淋巴结清除等，据病变性质、恶性程度及临床分期择之。预后差。
