微波组织凝固治疗


介入放射学技术。利用特殊设计的一套微波电极针行肿瘤治疗的方法。局麻下,通过导向穿刺针经皮穿入肿瘤内。使用能发射2450MHz微波的组织凝固器,以60W的功率发射60秒,可多次穿刺肿块的不同部位行微波治疗,直至超声监视到整个肿瘤内均呈高回声为止。可于同一部位多次实施。微波能使局部组织不断升温发热而周围组织则不被升温。即其仅仅消融局部肿瘤组织而不影响周围正常组织。微波同时兼有止血功能,是一种很安全的技术。
