    　　消法之一，治疗痰浊瘀血等结聚而形成结块诸证的治法。有使结块由硬变软逐渐消散的作用。软坚散结法适用于瘰疬、瘿瘤以及各种积块等。软坚散结常用的药物有浙贝母、牡蛎、夏枯草、连翘、海藻、昆布、天花粉等。另外，一些活血祛瘀的药物也有软坚散结的作用，如大黄、虫等。代表方剂如治疗瘰疬的消瘰丸等。
