| 雀斑 freckle 分布于面、鼻、肩、额、上背、手背等处皮肤上的褐色小斑点。显性遗传，女性多见。无自觉症状，日晒后皮损色加深。一般3～5岁开始发病，随年龄增长，皮损可能减轻。一般无需治疗，可外涂防晒霜剂；涂用剥脱剂、冷冻、激光均有一定效果。 |
