运动区
motor area of cerebrum
大脑皮层中与运动出现有关的区域称运动区。额叶中心前回的第4区、6区、8区以及枕叶的19区都属运动区。中央前回是人的躯体运动Ⅰ区，是随意运动的控制中枢。左侧运动区支配右侧的随意运动，右侧的则支配左侧肢体。此区病损多造成对侧肢体的单瘫(即单一的上或下肢瘫，或肢体某特定部位的瘫痪）。
