BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE: Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligand (TRAIL) can induce apoptosis in various cancer cell lines with little toxicity toward normal cells.
背景与目的:肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(tumornecrosisfactor-relatedapoptosisinducingligand,TRAIL)有广谱的抗瘤作用,且对正常组织细胞无毒性,因此有望应用于肿瘤基因治疗。

| 坏死 necrosis 机体的局部组织、细胞的死亡。是局部组织、细胞新陈代谢停止后出现的最严重的变化，原组织、细胞的功能完全丧失。坏死与机体死亡是两个不同的概念，机体死亡是指心跳、呼吸停止，并进入不可恢复的状态；一般情况下，坏死是由变性逐渐发展而来的。在形态上，坏死的细胞主要表现为细胞核浓缩、核碎裂及核溶解消失。最后胞膜破裂，细胞消失。坏死一般分为凝固性坏死及液化性坏死，另外还有一些特殊形式的坏死：①坏疽性坏死。②新生儿皮下坏死。③干酪样坏死。④酶性脂肪坏死。⑤纤维素样坏死。坏死的组织本身不能恢复，成了机体的异物，因此组织坏死的结局就是处理坏死的组织和修复缺损的过程，包括分解吸收、分离排出、机化和包裹钙化。 |
