目的探讨电视腹腔镜下手术治疗卵巢良性畸胎瘤的效果和手术技巧,防治术中囊肿破裂等并发症发生。

卵巢成熟型畸胎瘤恶变
卵巢成熟畸胎瘤恶变率为1%～2%，多见于绝经后妇女。不同的成熟组织均可发生恶变，最多见为鳞癌，其次为腺癌和类癌，肉瘤少见。临床表现与成熟型畸胎瘤相同，有些病例有肿瘤迅速增大病史。预后与其恶性成分有关。治疗应手术切除，术后辅以化疗或放疗。
