本品为乳剂型基质的白色软膏。

应符合软膏剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ F）。
【含量测定】
取本品适量（约相当于醋酸曲安奈德1.25mg），精密称定，置50ml 量瓶中，加甲醇约30ml，置80℃水浴中加热2分钟，振摇，使醋酸曲安奈德溶解，放冷至 室温，照醋酸曲安奈德项下的方法，精密加内标溶液5.0ml，用甲醇稀释至刻度，摇匀， 置冰浴中冷却2小时以上，取出后迅速滤过，放至室温，取续滤液20μl注入液相色谱仪， 测定，计算，即得。
