老年性子宫内膜炎
由于绝经后子宫萎缩，内膜变菲薄，经损伤而发生感染。此病是老年性阴道炎引起的相应改变。绝经后发生的出血病例，若盆腔检查或刮宫标本无特殊发现与明显炎症而不能肯定诊断者，一般仍被归为老年性宫内膜炎。经B超或宫腔镜检查除外子宫内膜病变后可给予抗炎治疗，无雌激素替代治疗禁忌证者可适当给予激素治疗。
