性质:又称萍蓬草碱。属吡啶生物碱类化合物。结晶,熔点221℃,旋光度[α]D+15 ,无味,溶于乙醇、氯仿、乙醚、丙酮和稀酸。其盐酸盐熔点245~246℃,味苦。来源于睡莲科植物欧洲萍蓬草(Nuphar luteum Sibtb.et Sm.)的根茎,萍蓬草(N.japonicum DC.)根等。可人工合成。动物实验显示具有显著的解痉、降血压作用。
