Background: Functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs) are series of diseases which characterized by gastrointestinal symptoms, but no organic or/and structural abnomorality can be found.
方法：对北京市大学生群体采取分层整群随机抽样方法，调查问卷采用罗马Ⅲ成人功能性胃肠病诊断调查问卷(RomeⅢ-DQ)，按国际统一评判办法(SA for RomeⅢ-DQ)对各种功能性胃肠疾病进行诊断。

METH_ODS:148 cases of functional colonic diseases were collected from literature and were randomly divided into three groups;colloidal bismuth artrate was given to the first group,bifidobacterium to the second and cisapride to the last.
方法 :根据文献选择148例功能性结肠疾病患者 ,随机分为3组 ,分别给予胶体酒石酸铋、双歧杆菌、西沙必利治疗 ,运用药物经济学的成本 -效果分析方法进行评价。

FGIDs is a very common disease in gastroenterology department.
功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)是一组常见的消化科疾病,其病因和发病机制复杂繁多,与遗传和心理社会因素具有一定的关系,胃肠动力、内脏感觉、脑肠肽等在FGIDs发病中的作用已得到肯定,近年来关于炎症和肠道菌群在FGIDs中作用的研究较多,对FGIDs病因机制的阐明将使其诊断和治疗提高到一个新的水平。
