性质:即窥测器。观察设备内部物料的装置。主要零件有:视镜玻璃、衬垫、接缘(或短管及法兰)、压紧环等。按形状分类有圆形视镜和长方形视镜,按作用分类有窥视视镜和照明视镜;按结构分类有带衬里视镜、不带衬里视镜、带颈视镜、带罩视镜;双层玻璃安全视镜、粉状物料视镜、保温视镜、带刮板视镜、带冲洗装置视镜等。圆形视镜的公称直径一般有50mm、80mm、125mm、150mm四种尺寸。大视镜不易被物料很快全部沾污,可用于易污染情况。直径大的设备,要观察范围广,应选用较大直径的视镜。125mm的视镜,可供双眼窥察内部,80mm的视镜,可供单眼窥察内部。有时,视镜可作为一种观察液位小范围变化的装置。
