精浊 病证名。见《景岳全书·淋浊》。《证治要诀·白浊》：“如白浊甚，下淀如泥，或稠粘如胶，频逆而涩痛异常，此非是热淋，此是精浊窒塞窍道而结。”此病多因酒色无度，败精瘀阻；或肾精亏损，相火妄动，败精挟火而出；或湿热流注精室而成。症见阴茎口常流米泔样或糊状浊物，茎中或痒或痛，甚则如刀割火灼，而尿色自清。浊物色白者称白浊，挟血者称赤浊。或浊物淋沥，尿出灼痛甚者，多属火盛，宜抽薪饮、治浊固本丸、大分清饮等方。若兼见小便频数者，多属湿热流注精室，宜五苓散合益元散。若日久不愈，涩痛全无，多属心肾不足，宜九龙丹、固阴煎、秘元煎、菟丝子丸等方。如见肾气虚寒，则宜右归丸、附桂八味丸、益智汤等方。本证多见于淋病、慢性前列腺炎、精囊炎等疾患。
