生产方法: 由微生物发酵法制得。

用途: 营养增补剂。按我国GB2760-90规定,可用于食品工业作为加工助剂。该品具有预防皮肤病;促进脂类代谢等生理功能。大量食用生蛋白可导致生物素缺乏。
