  是一种疏水性酸性糖蛋白,含十余种氨基酸。相对分子质量:人骨为17684、牛骨为18000、猪骨为19700,在皮质骨中含量极微,提取困难。其诱导成骨机制在于:它能与间充质类细胞的细胞膜表面受体相结合,使细胞表面静电荷改变,而使DNA发生新的序列,向成骨性细胞方向分化。
