病名。亦称Klinefelter综合征、曲细精管发育不全综合征、Reifenstein-AlbrightXXY综合征、XXXY综合征、XXYY综合征。系由染色体的多体畸变所引起，有47个染色体，包括2个X和1个Y染色体及其他类型染色体畸变如XXXY、XXYY。病理可见睾丸曲细精管有不同程度的透明变性，固有膜缺乏弹性纤维，间质细胞相当多，常聚集成堆。青春期症状明显，无生育能力，除性欲减退(约30%病例)和许多心理变态的征象(幼稚、羞怯、判断力差、非现实的信念、缺乏主动、情绪易变等)外，通常无其他症状。睾丸小而硬，男性轻度乳房发育，肥胖倾向，除某些病例有毛发稀疏和类无睾的其他表现(身材较高、下肢比例尤长)外，第二性征发育良好。常伴哮喘、慢性肺部疾病、甲状腺功能低下、糖尿病等。尿促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)增高，17-羟及17-酮类固醇低下、正常或减少。颊黏膜涂片性染色体阳性。血片染色体检查多出1个性染色体(47个染色体)或其他型性染色体异常。如第二性征未发育者，可用雄激素；男性乳房发育者，可手术矫形。预后尚好，无生育力，寿命正常。
