Among them,25 cases are of metacarpal fractures,37 cases of proximal phalanx fractures,42 cases of middle phalanx fractures,and 24 cases of multiple fractures.
为分析掌骨、指骨骨折治疗后出现手指屈曲畸形的原因,于2003年1月至2007年12月,采用克氏针固定治疗掌骨和指骨骨折128例,其中掌骨骨折25例、近节指骨骨折37例,中节指骨骨折42例,混合性骨折24例。

是指手部14块指骨的骨折。较其他部位骨折多见，且多为多发性骨折，骨折后有典型的移位和畸形，诊断比较容易，但仍需行X线摄片，详细了解其移位情况，从而用不同的手法进行复位和固定。若闭合复位不成功，可手术复位内固定。如果在治疗过程发生畸形愈合或关节僵直，对手功能影响较大。
