神经鞘瘤
neurilemmoma
来自神经鞘细胞的良性肿瘤。在颅内多见于听神经，称听神经瘤。位于小脑脑桥角者可压迫小脑。在颅外，好发于较大的周围神经干，特别是四肢的屈侧。肿瘤多为单发性，生长较慢，为圆形或椭圆形，常有完整的包膜，与其发源神经粘连。切面灰白以至灰黄色，可有黏液变性及囊性变。镜下有束状型及网状型两种。束状型较常见，由密集的梭形细胞构成，核长椭圆形，呈栅栏状或漩涡状排列；网状型易发生黏液变性。
