经腹子宫悬吊术
经腹子宫悬吊术是通过腹壁切口，使子宫向前，向上提拉，紧贴腹壁。该术式可矫治子宫后倾及子宫脱垂，使子宫恢复到前倾前屈位。该手术有两种方式：①圆韧带悬吊术(suspension of the round ligaments)，经腹由腹直肌外多从腹腔内牵出圆韧带，上提子宫，将圆韧带缝合固定于腹直肌前鞘下，该方法常用于患轻度子宫脱垂，年轻而希望生育的妇女；②腹壁子宫固定术(ventrohysteropexy)，开腹后在子宫底表面以刀划成粗糙面，将粗糙面缝合固定于腹壁、腹直肌及鞘膜下。此术式适用于无生育要求，子宫脱垂而阴道前后壁膨出不严重的中老年妇女。经腹子宫悬吊术常见并发症有尿频、下腹坠胀、牵拉痛、下腹陷凹及复发等。为避免上述并发症，关键是掌握悬吊子宫的高度，一般以悬吊后子宫颈外口距阴道口约7cm为最佳。
