性质:又称心房利纳因子,心房肽。一种内分泌激素。存在于心房肌细胞内的颗粒中,调节机体水平衡和影响血压。心纳素由21~28个氨基酸组成。分为I、II、III和人α-心房肽。心房肽以无活性中心房肽原形或贮存于心房肌细胞颗粒中,当心房感受到钠量增加等刺激时,通过酶降解,生成具有生物活性的心房肽。心纳素的主要生物学作用有:作用于肾脏,有排钠-利尿作用;抑制肾上腺释放醛固酮(a1dosterone);松弛平滑肌;减少抗利尿激素的释放。
