产地及产期:

紫菜的种类颇多,福建、浙南沿海多养殖坛紫菜,北方则以养殖条斑紫菜为主。

介绍:

紫菜也分叶、叶柄和团着器三部分,不同种类的叶片形状、大小不同,坛紫菜的叶状体呈长叶片状,基部宽大,梢部渐失,叶薄似膜,边缘有少些皱格,自然生长的长30~40厘米,宽3~5厘米;养殖得好的叶长可达1~2米。加工后的紫菜均呈深紫色,富光泽。
