| 巴斯德氏菌病 Pasteurellosis 由巴斯德氏菌引起的疾病。巴斯德氏菌属包括出血败血性巴斯德氏菌、溶血性巴斯德氏菌、亲肺性巴斯德氏菌及尿素酶巴斯德氏菌，主要是动物的致病菌，但也可通过动物咬伤、与动物密切接触等途径引起人类疾病。在这类疾病中，以出血败血性巴斯德氏菌所致者较多见，可引起软组织感染、呼吸道感染及败血症等临床特征。诊断主要依据流行病学史(与动物接触史)、临床特征及细菌学检验。从伤口部位、痰液、脓液及血液中分离出病原体，可确立诊断。用青霉素等抗生素治疗有较好效果。 |
