肝藏魂
肝藏魂 生理学名词。出《素问·宣明五气》。指五脏精气化生的精神情志活动藏于肝。魂为随神气而往来的精神活动，寄居于血，肝藏血，故藏魂。《灵枢·本神》：“随神往来者谓之魄。”“肝藏血，血舍魂。”张景岳注：“魂之为言，如梦寐恍惚，变幻游行之境皆是也。”肝的藏血功能正常，则魂有所舍；肝血不足，则魂不守舍，出现梦游、梦呓及幻觉等症。情志因素亦可伤及肝藏之魂，出现神志失常症状。《灵枢·本神》：“肝，悲哀动中则伤魂，魂伤则狂忘不精，不精则不正。”《素问·六节脏象论》：“肝者，罢极之本，魂之居也。”
