Retrospectively 108 cases were analysed hysteroscopy scan and transcervical resection of polyp(TCRP) between November 2001 and August 2002 at our center.
为探讨宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉 (endometrialpolyp ,EP)的临床效果和手术的安全性 ,回顾性分析 2 0 0 1年1 1月至 2 0 0 2年 8月 ,在北京复兴医院宫腔镜中心门诊宫腔镜检查可疑EP并入院行子宫内膜息肉切除术 (transcervi calresectionofpolyp ,TCRP)的 1 0 8例患者的临床资料。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of microwave endometrial ablation in the management of perimenopausal functional menorrhagia.
目的 研究微波子宫内膜切除术 (MEA)治疗更年期功血的临床疗效。
补充资料：子宫内膜息肉
| 子宫内膜息肉 endometrial polyp 由子宫内膜腺体及间质组成的、向宫腔内突出的卵圆形软组织块。常见于29～59岁，多为良性。息肉表面光滑、粉红色，单个或多个，大小不等，大的常带蒂并可凸出于宫颈口外甚至达阴道口外。患者一般无症状，或表现为月经淋漓、经量过多、绝经后出血等。子宫大小一般仍正常，息肉较大者也可使子宫稍增大。诊断性刮宫、宫腔镜观察及子宫碘油造影等可协助诊断。但须与功能性子宫出血、粘膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜癌等鉴别。治疗为扩张宫颈后摘除息肉或行刮宫术。宫腔镜下切除术是近年来开展的新技术，手术较前两种方法彻底。术后要定期随访以防复发及恶变。 |
