郁火是郁证的主要病机之一,结合《内经》病机十九条之"火",以及历代医家和自己的见解论述了郁火的病因病机及中医治疗,浅析了郁火的实质。

湿郁 湿郁 六郁之一。见《丹溪心法》卷三。指感受外湿、郁于体表肌肤而致病。龚廷贤谓：“湿郁者，周身骨节走注疼痛，遇阴雨即发。”（《万病回春》卷二）。《杂病源流犀烛·诸郁源流》：“雾露风雨坐卧，湿衣湿衫，皆致身重疼痛，首如物蒙，倦怠好卧，阴寒则发，脉沉涩而缓，是湿郁。”宜祛湿解郁为大法，选用湿郁汤、升阳除湿汤等方。参见六郁条。
