卵巢过度刺激综合征
是一种严重医源性疾病，和用促超排卵药物有关。在接受促排卵患者中总体发生率约为23.3%，其中重度低于2%。在接受体外受精，胚胎移植患者中约有5%因OHSS需住院治疗，一般发生在排卵后3～6天或HCG注射后3～10天。年轻，体瘦小，血E2＞14，800pmol/L(4000pg/ml)，卵泡数＞35个(1～1.4cm直径大小)，妊娠期内生HCG升高或外用HCG可促使OHSS发生。轻度者腹水量不多，卵巢直径不超过5cm；中度者有消化系统症状，卵巢增大不超过12cm；重度者有恶心、呕吐，大量腹水及胸水，卵巢直径大于12cm，血液浓缩，血栓形成，少尿，肝功能损伤。发病机制和肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统有关，使毛细血管通透性增加，血液外溢。OHSS是自限性疾病，采取对症治疗，保守治疗，重点在于预防。重症患者须住院，纠正血容量，补液及白蛋白。来月经后症状即缓解；如妊娠，症状可持续6周左右。
