经腹骶韧带悬吊术
经腹骶韧带悬吊术是矫治后位子宫的术式之一，指缩短子宫骶韧带将子宫颈上部向后牵拉使子宫呈前屈位。它常与圆韧带悬吊术同时使用。术中可将两侧骶韧带在子宫颈后上方靠拢缝合，加强子宫的前倾。术中应注意在缝合骶韧带时，应避开输尿管，以防损伤或扭曲输尿管。
