适应症： 主要用于支气管及子宫、输卵管、娄管等的造影检查，亦用于预防地方性甲状腺肿。
用量用法：
造影检查：导管直接导入。 预防地方甲状腺肿：多用肌注，亦可口服肌注：学龄前儿童１次剂量０．５ｍｌ，学龄期儿童和成人１次剂量１ｍｌ，每２～３年注射１次。 口服：学龄前儿童每次服０．２～０．３ｇ，学龄期至成人服０．４～０．６ｇ，每１～２年服１次。
注意事项：
1.碘化油注射液较粘稠，注射时需选用较粗针头。可碘过敏者忌用。 2.宜避光处保存。 3.甲状腺机能亢进、老年结节型甲状腺肿、甲状腺瘤（癌）患者及发热、有心、肝、肺疾患者禁用。
规格： 油注射液：每支１０ｍｌ，含碘４０％。 胶丸剂：每丸０．１ｇ，０．２ｇ。
