| 行气 道教进行呼吸修炼功法的总称。又称服气、食气、炼气。道教认为善行气者，可以达到“内以养生，外以却恶”的养生目的。战国时期，行气、服食、房中术同为当时方术三流派，《庄子·刻意》“吹呴呼吸，吐故纳新”即指行气养生内修方法。魏晋南北朝以后，各种行气方法大量流行，仅《云笈七垽·诸家气法》中所载就有数十种。具体做法不一，但原则大致相同，要求密室闭户，无思无虑，不动喜怒忧恚，平心静气。呼吸时做到轻、缓、匀、长、深，使五脏安和，气机调顺。修炼行气功法时，多配合导引、按摩法，“导气令和，引体令柔”，以求肢体关节舒展柔和，血脉流通，使气行更见成效。行气法今归入气功功法内，其最基本、最重要的即是调整呼吸节奏，加大呼吸深度，扩展肺的吐纳功能，达到养生、健身的目的。 |
