hypogastric skin flap
是指在下腹部切取一块皮瓣供修复手术之用。临床上可以是下腹部带蒂的随意皮瓣，也可以是带腹壁浅动、静脉为蒂的下腹部皮瓣或吻合腹壁浅动、静脉的下腹部皮瓣。前者是整形外科、手外科常用的修复大创面的皮瓣，后两者是要用显微外科技术施行的轴型皮瓣作邻近组织的修复或远处的组织修复。可参考“吻合血管的下腹部皮瓣移植术”条目。
