研究背景：脊髓型颈椎病(Cervical Spondylotic Myelopath，CSM)是颈椎退变性疾病的一种类型，以椎间盘退变为病理基础，包括相邻椎节椎体后缘骨赘的形成，造成脊髓神经细胞和供应脊髓血液的血管直接受到压迫，出现一系列的脊髓病变，从而出现不同程度的脊髓功能障碍的一种疾病。

| 脊椎骨关节病 spine，osteoarthrothis of 脊椎退行性病变引起的颈臂或腰腿痛。多见于中年以上体力劳动者 ，男多于女 ，常发生于磨损较多的颈段及腰段，开始时椎间盘退变、不稳，关节突错位，韧带及关节囊肥厚，骨赘形成。压迫神经或椎管狭窄时引起症状。保持一定姿势过久时，血流不畅，骨内压力增高 ，疼痛加剧 ；适当活动，血流改善，症状缓解；活动过多，摩擦加大，炎症加重，症状又加重，叩击痛区反觉舒服。X射线片可显示脊椎退变现象。按摩 、理疗、运动疗法，水杨酸类等药物及封闭有效。神经受压时可行减压松解术。 |
