性质:是质谱仪的一种软电离技术。由氩离子枪放电产生氩离子,高能量的氩离子经过13.3322Pa(10-1托)左右的充氩的电荷交换室,经共振电荷交换后得到高能量的氩原子流,氩原子流打在溶有样品的黏滞基体(一般为甘油)上,使被分析样品的离子从基体上溅射出来,这种电离过程称为快原子轰击。由于氩原子流的能量比通常的电子流能量低得多,所以,一般情况下,用快原子轰击得到的主要是分子离子或准分子离子,而碎片离子很少。
