AIM: To evaluate the effect of cortex fraxini total coumarin on relieving pain in treatment of patients with primary acute gouty arthritis which belongs to the sign of dampness obstructing connecting vessel of TCM.
目的:评价秦皮总香豆素制剂对急性痛风性关节炎湿热阻络证的止痛效应。

| 膀胱湿热证 湿热蕴结膀胱所表现的证候。多因感受湿热，或饮食不节，湿热内生，下注膀胱所致。临床表现为尿频尿急，尿道灼痛，尿黄赤短少，小腹胀闷，或伴有发热腰痛，或尿血，或尿有砂石，大便干，舌红苔黄腻，脉数。膀胱湿热证以尿频、尿急、尿痛、尿黄为辨证要点。湿热侵袭膀胱，气化失常。热迫尿道，见小便频数，灼热疼痛，小腹胀闷，尿黄短少。湿热郁蒸，可见发热，累及肾脏，则腰痛。热伤阴络，出现尿血。湿热久郁，煎熬尿中杂质成砂石。舌红苔黄腻，脉数，为湿热之象。治宜清热利湿通淋，方用八正散。 |
