| 多动综合征 hyperkinetic syndrome 一类常见的儿童行为障碍综合征。又称儿童多动症、轻微脑功能失调、注意缺陷障碍。主要特征是注意力难于集中、活动过多、冲动任性和学习困难，以致难以教育和管理。该综合征相当常见，6～12 岁学生中患病率一般在4％～15％，中国小学生患病率在3％～4％。男孩远多于女孩。病因和发病机理尚未完全清楚，涉及诸多因素，包括遗传素质、家庭环境不良、教养不当、精神创伤以及脑部轻微损伤等。临床表现：①注意涣散，极易分心。②活动过多，难于静坐，动个不停。③情绪不稳，冲动任性，缺乏耐性。④大部分儿童学习困难，主要是注意缺陷所致，并非智力低下。⑤常伴有品行不良行为，如说谎、逃学、打架等。⑥有轻微和不恒定的神经系统“ 软性 ”体征，如共济失调、精细动作较笨拙。部分患儿有非特异性的脑电图异常。治疗方面惩罚似乎无效，热情而耐心的帮助是必要的，服用哌醋甲酯、苯异妥英对大部分患儿有效。随着年龄增长，大部分症状会自行消失。 |
