原理：
乙醇精馏装置的主要设备是酒精回收塔；该设备是利用酒精沸点低于水及其沸点的原理；用稍高于酒精沸点的温度；将需回收的酒精熔液进行加热蒸发；经塔体精馏后蒸发出高浓度酒精蒸气。再经泠却回收；获得符合浓度要求的酒精。
应用：
本装置适用于制药、食品、轻工、化工等行业的稀酒精回收。也适用于甲醇等其他容媒的蒸馏。
本装置根据用户的要求；可将30°左右的稀酒精蒸馏至90°~95°酒精成品酒精，成品酒精度要求较高；可加大流比，但产量则相应降低。
