Results:Both patients presented with orthostatic headache,with lumber punctures showed the pressures of cerebrospinal fluid below 60mmH_2O and characteristic manifestations of spontaneous intracranial hypotension on cranial magnetic resonance imaging(patient 1 showed subdural fluid collection,patient 2 showed enhancement of meninges).
结果:2例患者均以典型的直立性头痛为首发表现,腰椎穿刺脑脊液压力均低于60mmH_2O,头颅磁共振(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)具有自发性低颅压的特征性表现(病例1患者头颅MRI显示硬膜下积液,病例2患者头颅MRI提示硬脑膜强化),排除继发因素后,自发性低颅压综合征诊断明确。
