蛲虫痢 蛲虫痢   病名。系因蛲虫病所产生机械性肠道刺激所引发的痢疾系腹泻。《张氏医通》卷七:“蛲虫痢,其证腹大,皮肤黄粗,循循切切然,……或痒,或(虫)从谷道中溢出。”治以杀虫为大法,后再补益脾胃,清化湿热。杀虫方多选用化虫丸、扫虫煎、乌梅丸等方。
