反佐法 治疗学术语。系反治法。 ①处方中药物组成的反佐法，即寒药中佐以热药，热药中佐以寒药，作为药引。如《伤寒论》中白通加猪胆汁汤，引用猪胆汁即为此意。 ②汤药内服的反佐法，即热药冷服，寒药温服，以免出现格拒现象。《素问·五常政大论》：“治热以寒，温而行之；治寒以热，凉而行之。”
