| 抗酸药 antacids 降低胃内酸度从而降低胃蛋白酶的活性和减弱胃液消化作用的药物。常用于治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡和胃酸分泌过多症。按其效应分为：①吸收性抗酸药。如碳酸氢钠等。②非吸收性抗酸药。如碳酸钙、氧化镁、氢氧化铝(片剂或凝胶)、三硅酸镁等。液态或粉剂抗酸药较片剂有效，若用片剂，应在咽下前嚼碎。应用抗酸药中和胃酸时，应注意增加投药的频度，不能依靠增加药物的剂量，一般每次饭后1小时和3小时及睡前各1次，一日共服7次为宜，抗酸治疗的时间不应少于3个月。 |
