cavernous hemangioma
常以单个的成球状突起的形式出现，部位深浅不一，形状大小亦不规则。局限性的海绵状血管瘤有时有界限清晰的包膜，但有的则与周围组织无明显界限。肿瘤质地柔软，有压缩性，可因体位下垂而充盈，或随患肢抬高而见缩小。肿瘤内有时可扪及颗粒状的静脉石，是由瘤腔内血液凝固形成血栓，机化后因钙盐沉着而产生的。此种结石可在X线摄片中查出。海绵状血管瘤常有一条或数条供应静脉，当肿瘤较浅时，此种扩张的或曲张的供应静脉在邻近正常皮肤下隐约可见。肿瘤可向深处发展，侵及肌肉组织、血管及神经间隙，以及破坏骨组织和侵入骨髓腔。血管瘤受外界刺激时，可引起血管周围炎性反应、局部发热、肿胀及疼痛，甚者可出血。肢体的海绵状血管瘤可并发先天性动静脉瘘。内脏亦可患此病。
