congenital radioulnar synostosis
属常染色体显性遗传病。胚胎发育期间纵裂发育受抑制，桡骨与尺骨的近侧端不能分裂，类似低等动物如骆驼和鹿的尺桡骨连接，可能系一种返祖现象。桡骨与尺骨的近侧端骨性连接，而远侧端一般没有骨性融合，桡骨比尺骨长而粗，弧度也比正常大。前臂总长度缩短，旋转受限制。肘关节伸直受限而腕关节代偿性过度活动。如果手固定于中立位至旋前30°位，则功能影响不大，不需特殊治疗。如果手固定于旋前60°以上的位置，功能丧失严重，需行反旋转截骨术，Kelikian方法可获得较好的功能恢复。
