Huo一He shu一x一shu一nengz一yuon淮河水系水能资源(hydropower resourees ofHuaihe river system)据1950年《中华人民共和国水力资源普查成果》统计，淮河水系水能资源理论筑藏量为104.19亿kw·h/a，仅占中国的0.18%;其中技术可开发资源16.18亿kw·h/a，占中国的0.08%。 淮河水系流域面积18.7万km“，发源于河南省桐柏县的桐柏山，流经河南省南部、安徽省北部及江苏省北部，在江苏省江都县三江营人长江，干流长1078km。淮河水系支流众多，水系分散，各支流源短流急，水能资源不多。干流洪河口以上河道坡降相对较大，水系水能资源主要分布于这个河段，但因径流量较少，可能开发的水电站的装机规模不大，最大单站装机容蚤仅为4万kw，都属中小型。已建的梅山、佛子岭、响洪甸水库以防洪、灌溉为主，结合发电，总装机容量12.7万kw。
