儿脐血出 病证名。出《本草纲目》。又名血脐。指断脐后，脐部有血渗出，经久不止。多因患儿脐带粗大，干缩后，所缚的结松脱而出血，一般在出生后第一星期，脐带脱落的前后出现。如出血无其他症状者。重新结扎脐带。或因胎热内盛，迫血妄行所致，治宜凉血止血，用十灰散。
