In this review, we summarize some significant progress in the studies of central histaminergic system, including the molecular biology of histamine receptors, the physiological functions of histaminergic system as well as the relations between disorders of histaminergic neurotransmission and some brain diseases.
近年来对于中枢组胺能系统的研究 ,在组胺受体的分子生物学、组胺能系统的生理功能 ,以及组胺能神经传递功能的紊乱与某些脑疾病之间的关系等问题上取得了较大进展 ,本文对这些进展作一简要的综述。
