Results:Suprahyoid pharyngotomy approach provided good exposure of surgical field and simutaneously conserved the structure and function of the larynx,the tumor was fully exposed and thoroughly resected.
方法 :1995年 3月至 2 0 0 1年 2月为 17例患者行舌骨上咽切开术切除会厌及舌根部肿瘤。

Objective: This article was designed to evaluate suprahyoid parapharyngeal approach for resection of tumors in the tongue base.
目的:探讨舌骨上咽侧进路切除舌根部肿瘤的临床可行性以及保存舌体功能的意义。

Objective In order to avoid the shortcomings of traditional approaches(median,lateral,suprahyoid prepharyngeal and intraoral),this article was designed to evaluate suprahyoid parapharyngeal approach for resection of tumors in the tongue base.
目的探讨舌骨上咽侧进路切除舌根部肿瘤的可行性以及保存舌体功能的意义,避免传统进路(正中、舌骨上咽前、旁侧、口内)法创伤大、损伤正常结构多和留有唇颌部疤痕等缺陷。

glossopharyngeal neurotomy
用以治疗舌咽神经痛的手术。Sicard及Robineau(1920年)创用经颅外颈部入路切断舌咽神经，即在茎突舌肌后面找出舌咽神经，分离至近颅底处切断。此法损伤性大，目前已很少应用。
