恢复拇指功能的手术。一般来说，拇指缺失在近指关节水平对功能影响较少，无需重建拇指；若在近指节水平者，可行指延长术；若在掌指关节水平及其近侧水平断离，可行拇指再造手术。重建术式有第2趾移植术、示指移位术、■甲皮瓣加髂骨移植术，后者的皮瓣亦可取自同手部的带血管蒂手部皮瓣、前臂逆行皮瓣等。重建拇指具体要求有足够的长度和稳定性(5～6cm)，位置能对掌、对指，伸屈有力，有良好血供，有良好感觉，有良好外观。
