肺实证
肺实证 证名。肺病邪气盛实出现的证候。由外邪侵袭，或气壅痰聚等所致。可见喘急，胸闷，咳嗽声重痰稠，肺痈，咳吐血痰，喉痹，上消等证。《脉经》卷二：“肺实也，苦少气，胸中满彭彭，与肩相引。”又“肺实……病苦肺胀，汗出若露，上气喘逆，咽中塞如欲呕状。”《本草经疏》：“肺实八证：喘急，属肺有实热及肺气上逆；气壅，属肺热气逆；声重痰稠，属肺热；肺痈，属肺热极；肺胀闷，属肺热；吐脓血，血痰，咳嗽、嗽血，属肺家火实热甚，此正邪气胜则实之谓；喉癣，属肺热；上消，属肺家实火，及上焦热。”方用地骨皮汤、葶苈丸等方。参见肺病、肺实热等条。
