【性状】
本品为无色的澄明液体。
【鉴别】
本品显钠盐与乳酸盐的鉴别反应（附录Ⅲ）。
【检查】
pH值 应为6.0 ～7.5 （附录Ⅵ H）。 热原 取本品，加灭菌注射用水稀释成每1ml 中含乳酸钠25mg的溶液，依法检查（ 附录Ⅺ D），剂量按家兔体重每1kg 注射10ml，应符合规定。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
精密量取本品1ml ，置锥形瓶中，在105℃干燥1小时，照乳酸钠 溶液项下的方法，自“加冰醋酸15ml与醋酐2ml ”起，依法测定。每1ml高氯酸滴定 液(0.1mol/L)相当于11.21mg 的C3H5NaO3。
