绝大多数发生于妊娠妇女,属生理增生,多为偶然发现。病变为多灶性,典型者发生于非囊性闭锁卵泡中。细胞形态为圆形或卵圆形,胞浆少有纵形沟。偶有黄素化时,胞浆伊红色或透明,无核沟。通常无核分裂象和核不典型。细胞排列成弥漫、岛状或梁状,偶有排列成实性结节或支持细胞样小管结构。注意与妊娠黄体瘤、颗粒细胞瘤鉴别。
